A. Yes.  Classic Cleaning Services is fully insured, providing liability and property damage coverage.

Q.  Will I know who has the access to my facility?

A.  Yes.  You will be provided with the name and employee number of all people that will be performing cleaning services in your facility.  All employees are screened for your protection. They are neat in appearance and carry proper company identification.

Q.  Does Classic Cleaning Services have an emergency phone number in case I need it?

A.  Yes.  We provide our customers with an emergency phone number and can be reached 24 hours a day should an unexpected event takes place.

Q.  Does Classic Cleaning Services pay attention to details?

 

A.  Yes.  We believe that every element of the cleaning job--no matter how small--contributes to the overall quality of our services.  For this reason, we developed the protocol that assures all the cleaning tasks are completed to the customer's satisfaction.
